Our highly experienced specialist orthodontist Dr Ilias Marinopoulos oversees the majority of our Invisalign cases. Not every provider has the expertise and confidence to take on complex cases. So, if you’ve been told you’re not suitable for aligners, we’d be delighted to see you for a complimentary second opinion.
Invisalign transforms your smile using a series of custom-made aligners. You’ll need to wear each aligner for 1–2 weeks before moving onto the next set in the sequence. Along the way, we’ll keep a close eye on your progress, making small adjustments to deliver an incredible result.

You may have a slight lisp at first, but you’ll quickly get used to your aligners and should be talking clearly and confidently within a few days.
Invisalign has been designed with comfort in mind using ‘transparent polycrystalline alumina’ – a clear, smooth material that incidentally was designed by NASA. It also has the benefit of no metal wires or brackets, which can sometimes cause discomfort at the beginning of treatment.

If you misplace one of your aligners, get in touch with us as soon as you can. In the meantime you can wear an aligner from your previous set to stop your teeth moving too far out of line. Sometimes we might suggest that you move straight to your next set of aligners.
