Mr. Aldaadaa (known as “AL” to friends and patients) is a GDC-registered Specialist Oral Surgeon with extensive training from some of the world’s leading institutions. He is among a select group of UK surgeons with triple higher qualifications: a PhD, MOralSurg, and a Certificate in Implant Dentistry. He combines academic excellence with clinical expertise, using advanced, evidence-based techniques to deliver high-quality care.
Alaa graduated with Distinction in Dentistry and completed Implant Dentistry training in Germany, the University of Warwick, and Harley Street. He undertook surgical training at Barts and The Royal London Hospitals, followed by higher specialist training at UCL Eastman Dental Institute and University College London Hospitals. He earned a Master’s in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Surgery) with Distinction, alongside the Royal College of Surgeons’ MOralSurgqualification.
His PhD research focused on 3D craniofacial reconstruction and bone regeneration, developed in collaboration with UCL’s Biomaterials & Tissue Engineering Division. Alaa has also trained under world-renowned clinicians across Europe and the U.S., including Khoury, Misch, Buser, and Zucchelli.
In addition to clinical practice, Alaa is a Visiting Lecturer and Key Opinion Leader, contributing to international universities, dental companies, and peer-reviewed journals. He treats a broad range of Oral and Maxillofacial conditions, including complex extractions, bone grafting, implants, and facial aesthetics.
Alaa speaks English, Arabic, German, and French, and values clear, compassionate communication with every patient.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys basketball, tennis, classical music, and travel, bringing the same passion and precision to life as he does to his practice.
